Sr. Mechanical Engineer, PE
Our client is seeking a qualified Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team and work alongside other
professional and talented engineers, designers, and support staff. This individual is one who is able

Founded in 1992 as a full-service Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing,
and Fire Protection design firm. As G&W has evolved over the past 29 years, we have expanded our
services to include Facilities Condition Assessments, Enclosure Consulting, Commissioning & Retro-Cx,
Transportation, Municipal, and Site Civil Engineering. In addition, G&W has developed an extensive
project portfolio portraying our work in 47 states on a variety of project types. G&W has grown
tremendously over the years, but the one thing that has not changed is the constant drive to provide
quality documents and satisfied clients.
Responsibilities of this role include all facets of mechanical design implementation and/or oversight of
the following: energy and load calculations, flow and pressure calculations, equipment selection and
specifications, HVAC system design and layout, sequence of operation and control diagrams, field
investigation and observation, and construction administration.
Qualifications of this role include a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, P.E. Registration, 10+
years of project experience, demonstrated technical expertise for all major HVAC systems, energy
management systems, industry-related codes, standards, and guidelines.
Skills and Abilities of this individual include adapting to a fast-paced environment, solving unique
problems, working within a multi-disciplined team, providing guidance to less experienced engineers
and designers, and communicating clearly in both verbal and written forms.
Expectations of this role include active participation in industry related organizations for technical and
professional development, proficiency in MS Office (Word – Excel - Outlook), Bluebeam, and Trane Trace
(regular or 3D). Preferences include a working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
