Senior Program Manager - Bay Area, CA

KidzToPros _is a leading provider of After-School enrichment programs, Structured Recess, AM/PM Enrichment Clubs and Summer Camps (Nationwide). We achieve this by offering high-quality STEM, Sports and Arts programs, with top-tier instructors, at school locations around the country. Our on-campus programs are offered at schools, making it convenient for parents, while allowing kids to stay in the safety of their school and participate in activities with their friends. Over the past five years, KidzToPros has partnered with over 400 schools nationwide. Over 35,000 students have participated in our after-school programs and seasonal camps!_

Senior Program Managers are responsible for the logistics, strategy, and execution of programs in their assigned Area. They are also responsible for the supervision and growth of the Program Managers and Program Coordinators in their area.

Essential Duties:

• Provide guidance and management to Program Managers, Program Coordinators and Instructors in assigned MSA.
• Communicate with regional recruiter to ensure instructor hiring pipeline matches the needs of the region's programs.
• Interview and make hiring decisions for instructors in their MSA
• Deliver, track, and monitor all training needs for KidzToPros instructors in their MSA
• Complete weekly program scheduling, assigning available instructors to programs they will teach.
• Visit program sites on a routine basis and ensure programming is at or above KTP’s standards.
• Identify opportunities to help instructors continue to grow and develop their skills.
• Help manage staffing changes across all sites as needed.
• Work with administration to ensure program marketing is activated to promote registrations.
• Implement all additional school related policies and procedures at each site as needed.
• Maintain consistent records for instructor payroll.
• Manage and record inventory across your region for all active programs.
• Meet daily with management to discuss regional performance.
• Provide constructive feedback to Program Managers, Program Coordinators, Site Directors and Instructors to improve programs.
• Knowledge-Skills-Abilities:
• Knowledge of how to structure and conduct programs for kids.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Problem solver who can see a problem, take initiative, follow through to resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, particularly in interactions with parents, participants, and staff

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years' experience as a supervisor working in kids programs overseeing multiple sites (8+ sites minimum)
• 5+ years' experience successfully managing part-time, seasonal employees.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent level of education in STEM, Arts, or Sports related field.
• Experience with G-Suite software (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to visit schools and deliver equipment within assigned MSA.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
