Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager to be part of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) team. EITaaS leverages best practices from commercial industry to provide standardized, innovative, and agile Information Technology (IT) services to the Air Force as a service. This position is located at Hanscom AFB in Bedford, MA.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
- Lead program team to achieve milestones.
- Utilize strong DoD 500.2 acquisition skills to generate acquisition documents. Documents may include, but are not limited to, Acquisition Decision Memorandums, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Program Baselines, Risk Management Plans, Program Management Reviews and Milestone Decision Briefs.
- Individual must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.).
- Shall be able to support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports (i.e. DAES, MAR, etc.).
- Contractor shall support Program Management Reviews, senior level meeting/reviews and IMP/IMS reviews.
- Support and maintain management reviews, meetings, and schedules.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of PM experience, of which 5 years must be in the Department of Defense (DoD).
- or a BA/BS degree and 15 years of Program Management, of which 5 years must be in the Department of Defense (DoD).
- or 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, of which 8 years must be in the Department of Defense (DoD).
- Current DoD Security Clearance
