• Act as Owner’s Advisor with primary responsibility for all project phases
• Manage the overall planning, design, and construction process
• Perform all management activities in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Employ strong initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving in leading and driving the process.
• Assist in developing and managing project strategic plans and program initiatives.
• Guide clients through complexities of design and construction, achieving owners’ goals.
• Coordinate with Architect, Contractor, and project team to meet objectives and resolve issues.
• Lead all elements related to contracts including negotiating, drafting, and executing.
• Manage overall project budget and schedule; report to project team and client regularly.
• Lead proposal review, leveling, and analysis; present to client.Lead selection process for all consultants and vendors, including RFQ/RFP preparation, researching and comparing firms, and recommending and negotiating optimum business terms.

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a closely related field is highly preferred.
• 7+ years' of construction project management with experience with medium to large scale mixed-use, hospitality, residential, office projects is required.
• Firm knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials and sequences, and architectural/construction drawings and specifications.
• Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as business presentation skills.
• The ability to effectively interface with all levels of management and staff across organizational lines, including other client business units.
• Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
