SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER: YOUR MISSION

This millwork project management position typically works Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. You need to be able to travel to our manufacturing facility in Tijuana on a regular basis as well as visit job sites nationwide.

To succeed as our Senior Project Manager, you need strong leadership and communication skills as well as the ability to work collaboratively with our internal team and external stakeholders. You set each project up for success from the top down and ensure your team delivers amazing results on time and on budget. On a day-to-day basis, you develop efficient work schedules, review job progress, identify and circumvent potential roadblocks, and adjust plans as needed to keep each project on track.

Attentive to even the smallest of details, you stay on top of project financial matters as well as perform accurate measurements and material take-offs. As you work, you think of ways we could cut down on our costs and increase our profitability. You participate in regular meetings with clients and general managers to provide updates and address any concerns that arise. You feel great about ensuring our projects come together seamlessly and take pride in the part you play in our success!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

We're looking for a knowledgeable leader who can effectively delegate tasks and ensure excellent work quality. If you are extremely detail-oriented, have strong time management skills, and meet the following requirements, we encourage you to apply!

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably with a commercial millwork or cabinet company

• Bachelor's degree in a related field OR an equivalent amount of relevant work experience

• Experience maintaining and tracking job costs, project budgets, and team schedules

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs
