We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join the Sparta TrackWise Digital Quality Engineering team. You will partner with product management, development, architecture, customer support, and professional services stakeholders to deliver quality features that enhance the experience of our customers. You will utilize approaches that bring quality further upstream and share actionable data that keeps quality top of mind. We need someone who is technically strong, energetic, highly collaborative, and passionate about the product and our customers. This is a key role executing on Quality Engineering initiatives such as advancing test automation, increasing test coverage, and reducing escaped defects.

You Must Have:

• 5 years of software testing and quality assurance experience of SaaS solutions, in an Agile development environment
• 2 years of experience defining test strategies and test scenarios for multi-tiered web-facing applications, and testing web services, especially REST services
• 3 years of hands-on experience maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts with Selenium WebDriver, including creating automation scripts beyond record and playback using languages like Java

We Value:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical engineering or similar
• Practical experience in all types of testing including exploratory, functional, and non-functional testing such as performance and reliability
• Knowledge of database concepts, with SQL/Oracle experience
• Practical experience with mobile application testing
• Familiarity with build and continuous integration tools like Jenkins
• Familiarity with the Salesforce platform
