Job Description:
Explosive growth has created the need for a Senior Consultants in our Boston office. We are hiring immediately for someone to work under one of our Director's. As a Senior Consultant, you will be working alongside our experienced consultants, helping them deliver a wide range of hiring requirements from our clients and must have experience running a full desk and b2b experience. If you have ambitious and have an entrepreneurial mindset, we’ll supply the training, coaching, and encouragement to help you develop. No two days are quite the same, but you will be responsible for the following things on a day to day basis:
- Collaborating with your Manager and Client to create an effective sales approach to attract
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with external clients
- Developing a network of contacts
- Sourcing and maintaining b2b
- Pitching and presenting
- Hitting weekly activity targets
- Identifying high performing businesses through a "project focused" talent mapping process
- Headhunting through targeted cold calling to reach out to passive candidates and clients
- Negotiating pay and contracts with clients and candidates
- Managing and reviewing associate recruiter applications, evaluating candidates, and checking their suitability for opportunities

Requirements:
High School degree minimum and 2 years of Sales experience. Must already be living in Boston, MA and near Seaport or in proximity.
We’re looking for new hires with enthusiasm, drive and desire to succeed for themselves and the business.
