#zrFST is seeking a Virtual Senior Recruiter to support our Engineering, Construction, and Project Management efforts. The selected candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in microelectronics, life science and or other high-tech industries.
FST is a leading services provider of Quality Assurance and Control, Engineering and Construction Management, Equipment Services and Staff Augmentation. We are headquartered in Chandler, AZ with satellite offices in Oregon, California, New Mexico, Texas, Georgia, Kentucky, New York, Ireland, and Israel.
The key success factors of this position include:
Building and fostering relationships with Hiring Managers
Creating effective job descriptions
Building passive and active talent pools
Utilizing social media platforms at an expert level
Being tolerant and even excited about never-ending change
Phone screening candidates
Communicating the candidate’s requirements, strengths, and weaknesses to the FST Manager
Writing and editing resumes to be used for client proposals
Negotiating compensation packages
Assisting in writing offer letters
Assisting in the onboarding process
The selected Senior Recruiter must have significant experience and understanding of all or most of these types of positions:

QA/QC (Techs and Managers)
Commissioning (Techs and Managers)
Construction Coordinators

Estimators
Schedulers
