Senior Safeguarding Practitioner
Job description
We`re looking for a senior safeguarding practitioner who lives by our organisational values of Caring, Fair, and Innovative (*and has a passion for safeguarding)
We are excited to be able to offer this unique opportunity to work within our corporate safeguarding team on a 12-month secondment basis.
We are looking for an experienced practitioner, with a good understanding of safeguarding populations at risk of harm and multi-agency working, who is keen to develop their knowledge and skills in this area of practice.
You should have a sound theoretical background in relation to safeguarding and be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge and skills.
The post will include the provision of specialist safeguarding advice, support and supervision on safeguarding matters to a wide variety of disciplines across the organisation.
The post will also include the delivery of safeguarding adults training. The successful candidate may be required to represent the organisation at strategic safeguarding meetings.
