Palmeira Home Health has an exciting opportunity for Senior Sales Representative in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We offer a starting salary at $60,000/yr


As the face of the company, the Sales Representative will need to be a dedicated and determined individual that carries the drive to succeed. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, result driven, and able to develop strong lasting relationships. The Sales Representative will need to maintain a professional appearance as well as professional attitude, as every person that meets you and speaks with you will see you as the representative between them and the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating referrals for home health care by establishing and maintaining relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and other service providers.
  • Develop and execute client outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and walk-ins.
  • Utilize company CRM to identify potential referral sources, generate leads, create a consistent sales pipeline with daily/weekly routing, and document all client interactions.
  • Work closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime customers.
  • Responsible for the early-stage growth and establishing critical client relationships.
  • Play a critical role in establishing our company in your location by prospecting and closing clients.
  • Travel to location for marketing opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Network actively to expand presence in the market.
  • Make direct client contact when referral received in person or by phone to ensure patient has clear understanding of home health services.
  • Adhere to all Palmeira processes and procedures.

Qualifications:


  • At least two years of recent sales experience in home health health care industry
  • This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong lasting relationships.
  • Proficient computer skills specifically Microsoft programs on iPads/Tablets/Smart phones, etc.
  • Ability to Utilize company CRM.
  • Knowledge of the territory and established healthcare contacts in the community.
  • Evidence of achieving referral and admission goals within the market.
  • Evidence of achieving established sales goals within 90 days probationary period.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle.
  • Must have background check.
  • Required to present a negative TB test and other tests as required by agency policy.
  • Must be able to do field work.
  • Must have an excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills.
