• Supervises the Samples Team to ensure production goals are met.
• Ensures the team is following safety procedures.
• Delegates work for the Samples Team.
• Responds to Sample Team members' questions or escalates question to Supervisor.
• Provides daily production reports to Supervisor.
• Assists in setting up and gluing sample tiles to boards.
• Uses a wet saw to cut tiles.
• Packs boards for shipment to Distribution Centers.
• Performs other related duties as required.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of work experience preferred.
• Direct work experience in a manufacturing plant is a plus.
