We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our dynamic finance industry team. As a Senior Tax Associate, you will be responsible for providing tax planning and compliance services to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tax solutions that help them achieve their financial goals. This is a permanent position that offers excellent growth opportunities and a competitive salary.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tax returns for S Corps, C Corps, partnerships, and individuals
• Research and analyze complex tax issues and provide recommendations to clients
• Provide tax planning and compliance services to clients
• Review and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to provide tax advice and recommendations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Participate in the development and implementation of tax strategies and policies
• Train and mentor junior staff members

Qualifications:

• CPA certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
• Experience with preparing and reviewing tax returns for S Corps, C Corps, partnerships, and individuals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
