InfraHire is looking for Sr. Tax Manager in Chicago, IL.

Job Description:
The Senior Tax Manager will oversee the preparation of all client tax returns and come to learn subject matter expertise on the diverse portfolio of family investments, trust and estate structures, businesses, and personal holdings.

A summary of additional key responsibilities of the Senior Tax manager are included below.

· Oversee and participate in the delivery of services that assures outstanding customer service to all clients.

· Collaborate with family entities on cash flow forecasting, reporting and other financial analyses; determine future reporting needs of the families and other entities; drive continuous improvement in reporting functionality.

· Develop and manage relationships with current and future advisors/vendors; act as liaison between clients and external advisors as appropriate; coordinate the work of external advisors and service providers to ensure that family needs and objectives are met.

· Serve as trusted advisor for our clients; provide relevant information and guidance to help the families make informed decisions to meet their goals and objectives.

· Proactively identify financial and other relevant needs, opportunities, and issues; recommend appropriate plans/actions; effectively implement solutions.
Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (required). Master Of Science in Taxation (MST) a plus.

· Relevant experience preparing and reviewing individual, trust, foundation, and partnership tax returns.

· Experience in public accounting; demonstrated skills and experience in providing quality accounting, financial management and reporting for individuals, trusts, foundations, investment and other entities.

· Prior experience working with/advising multigenerational families of substantial wealth.

· Knowledgeable about various areas of wealth management (including administration and philanthropy).
