That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join Procore’s journey to revolutionize a historically underserved industry.

We have developed a construction document management solution for our global customer base to efficiently collaborate on project documents while staying compliant and reducing risk on job sites. And as a Senior Technical Product Manager in our Documents Division, you will be responsible for the strategy, definition, usability, and performance of the underlying Documents Platform and Integrations for our customers, partners, and developers.

This position will report to the Director of Product Management for the Documents Division. Remote candidates will be considered based on experience with the expectation of occasional travel to our other offices. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Drive our Documents platform strategy and technical product requirements with architects, engineering, and design leads (API, webhooks, security, performance, integrations, etc)

• Responsible for determining business needs, understanding market demands, technical trends, problem solving and proposing solutions.

• Consult across product teams for design & implementation best practices

• Define requirements for developer tooling and validations

• Define product lifecycle management, deprecation processes, and policies at Procore (governance, guidelines, definition of done, breaking change policies, etc)

• Own and maintain Documents platform reporting and metrics

• Create dashboard/reporting requirements and KPIs to measure performance and adoption

• Influences decisions by providing technical consultation and direction to stakeholders

• Recommend new technology trends and innovative products/features to the team

• Measure feature success post deployment and feeds insights back to the team and business partner

• Identify and document technical tradeoffs as well as dependencies and constraints

• Effective communications of roadmaps, product delivery milestones, and progress

What we're looking for:

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related discipline; or comparable work experience. Technical Certifications are a plus

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing APIs, integrations, platforms, and developer-facing solutions

• 2+ years experience with application security & compliance

• Familiarity with Domain Driven Design principles

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fluid, dynamic environment

• Strategic, analytical thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Exceptional collaboration, partnership, and influencing skills

• Strong prioritization skills of competing needs and tradeoffs to articulate a clear rationale

• Demonstrated ability to use analytics and optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritization

• Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making

• Ability to gain deep understanding of the system architecture and design concepts behind complex, enterprise-class software solutions at high transaction volumes

• Talent for designing future-proof solutions with an eye towards future use cases, scalability, and maintainability.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $147,200-$202,400. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
