Job Details

- Supporting our clients from the back end on projects and providing 2nd and 3rd level escalation for issues when required
- Being the authority on 2nd and 3rd level support issues in addition to providing guidance for 1st level issues utilizing your knowledge and expertise
- Recommending, architecting and implementing solutions that will propel our reputation as a high-quality IT services provider in the financial services space
- Working closely with senior leadership on opportunities where technical expertise is required during the client sales and business development process
- Mentoring, supporting and developing junior support desk engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities
MUST HAVE the following:
- 5+ yrs of Technical Support experience
- Designed public cloud infrastructure/environments with AWS, Azure
- Office 365 migrations using exchange hybrid setups and third party services
- Project Management experience, creating new environments
- Networking (routers/switches, firewalls, layer 3 routing, rule creation)
- Active Directory (create AD users, groups and group policies)
- Scripting (Batch, PowerShell, etc.)
- Infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, DFS, DFSR, GPO, NPS, Certificate Authority, Radius Authentication
