We are seeking a highly experienced, dedicated, and hospitality-focused Weekend Server to join our upscale casual dining establishment. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, warm, hospitality professional, specifically with a focus on table-side wine service and beer knowledge. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during the busiest times of the week.

Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional service to our guests by promptly welcoming, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages with accuracy.

Demonstrating expertise in table-side wine service, including presenting, opening, pouring, and pairing wines.

Understanding and describing menu items, daily specials, and wine selections to guests, answering their questions and making recommendations based on their preferences.

Handling all transactions accurately and responsibly, including processing payments and providing change as needed.

Assisting with seating guests, resetting tables, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Adhering to all restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Previous upscale or fine dining experience is preferred. However, if you have the right attitude, we will train you to our standards.

Competent knowledge of wine and table-side wine service.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods

High level of reliability and commitment, with availability to work from 4 PM until close.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $40.00 per hour
