Assisting the owner of a Food Trailer with mobile food vending at Festivals, Job Sites & Food Truck Parks....3 or 6 days a week....those days include weekday or Weekend.

You'll be taking customers orders and passing them their foods or Fixing to go boxes of food.

You'll be INDSIDE a 20 ft food Trailer with 2 or 3 other employees

We are in " Festival season " and we would stay over night at certain festivals:

April 14th, 15th & 16th in Aiken, South Carolina

April 21st, 22nd & 23rd in Summerville, South Carolina

** travel pay, airbnb or hotel & ONE meal per day is provided **

Eventually, you will learn other areas on the trailer to become a valuable asset.

If You know how to PULL the 20 ft food trailer that's a plus

to whatever location (Florence, Columbia, Myrtle Beach...etc) the Owner need to setup and Sell food....3 or 6 days a week.

Job Duties Also Include:

1. Setup and make sure foods are hot. Setting up consist of: Once we arrive at the location you will need to unhook/detach the food trailer from the Pickup truck. Then park the Ram Pickup truck in the "vendor parking spot" BEFORE gates are open for the festival and customers arrive.

You and another employee will roll out the generator and plug in the electric cord to help POWER the trailer.

We'll cut on the propane tank to start heating up foods to prepare to pass out to customers.

2. If needed You'll pass customers their foods & Drinks they ordered through the serving window.

3. Once the festival is OVER. Then we will clean up(Take out trash, wipe down tables, sweep & Mop floors). Also store/refrigerate unused food & drinks

\*\*\* If you have your OWN Transportation then you would PARK it at the location of the Food Trailer and ride with the owner and other employees ( typically in Marion)

\*\*Fast food experience is GREAT
