Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their service needs
- Schedule service appointments and keep customers informed on the progress of their vehicle
- Provide accurate estimates for service and repair needs
- Develop long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
