We're looking for a skilled Heavy Duty Truck Service Advisor to join our team!

As a Heavy Duty Truck Service Advisor at our company, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our customers, as well as coordinating and scheduling service appointments for heavy-duty trucks. We are looking for someone who is experienced in the heavy-duty truck industry and has excellent customer service and communication skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the heavy-duty truck industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts and service procedures

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Schedule service appointments for heavy-duty trucks
• Communicate with customers about service needs and recommendations
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion
• Maintain accurate records of service work performed
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
