Service Advisor/Parts Order/ Rental Car Person
We are a growing used car and car rental dealership that is expanding and moving into a larger facility. As part of our company's growth, we are currently looking for an experienced automotive service advisor that can order parts and take care of rentals to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry and a strong customer service background. They must be knowledgeable in servicing and maintaining vehicles, as well as have the ability to work well under pressure and resolve any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities for the automotive service advisor role will include but not be limited to:
- Greeting customers and identifying their service and repair needs
- Scheduling appointments and providing accurate cost and time estimates
- Providing customer updates throughout the service process
- Recommending additional services and repairs as needed
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with the service provided
- Renting cars to customers and providing excellent customer service
- Handling transactions and collecting payments
- Maintaining rental fleet inventory and ensuring cars are properly cleaned and maintained
- Resolving any issues that may arise with rentals and customers
- Promoting and upselling additional rental services as needed
- Order parts for cars online and by phone.
- Receiving and billing out parts
- Managing inventory

Pay: $16 - $23 / hour
