Genesis of Brunswick & Route 1 Hyundai is looking to add 2 phone specialists to our service team. We're looking for team players who enjoy working with a high volume of customers on a daily basis.

What you’ll do each day:

• You will be managing a high-volume number of inbound/outbound calls and emails in a timely manner
• Respond to all customer inquiries via email, SMS, and phone in a timely manner
• Identify customer needs, schedule a service appointments
• Document all customer contact activity
• Follow best practice guides for short- and long-term follow-up with customers

About You:

• Tech Savvy- we're going paperless!
• Quick learner, able to absorb substantive product and service information
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and work ethics
• Comfortable making a high volume of outgoing calls, ranging from 70-100+ calls per shift
• Advanced computer & phone skills
• Prior retail, sales, service BDC, receptionist, call center, or sales
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Team player, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to work some evenings (until 6pm) and Saturdays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
