Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and collect information to create service calls
• Communicate with service technicians and other coworkers regarding the status of service calls
• Maintain daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed
• Schedule return trips with customers when parts arrive
• Collect and review service technician’s paperwork and notes for completeness
• Ensure service technicians comply with customer requirements
• Maintain customer database with current information
• Attention to data entry, updating information in a timely manner throughout the day
• Assist in closing service calls and invoicing
• Additional duties as needed

Education and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service field
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Able to pass background check and drug screening

Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Sound integrity and professional ethics
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete assignments on time
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Eager to quickly master software system
• Sense of urgency and ability to work in a very fast-paced environment

Hours:

• This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday
