Job description
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and collect information to create service calls
- Communicate with service technicians and other coworkers regarding the status of service calls
- Maintain daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed
- Schedule return trips with customers when parts arrive
- Collect and review service technician’s paperwork and notes for completeness
- Ensure service technicians comply with customer requirements
- Maintain customer database with current information
- Attention to data entry, updating information in a timely manner throughout the day
- Assist in closing service calls and invoicing
- Additional duties as needed
Education and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service field
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Sound integrity and professional ethics
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete assignments on time
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Eager to quickly master software system
- Sense of urgency and ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
Hours:
- This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday
