Murdock Hyundai in Lindon is looking for a strong customer service oriented, personable and energetic Service Drive Greeter who will greet and communicate with customers as they enter the service department
This job is a Part Time job working flexible hours

Job Summary: Our Service Drive Greeter is the first face our customers see as they enter our service department. Welcoming all customers with a smile and asking if they have any questions regarding their visit that day.
Tasks:
- Ensuring that guests are greeted as they enter the service department and providing information or direction information to the customer
- Working with service managers to determine the best means to keep the customer informed
- Helping customers use our check in tablet to verify appointment and time.
- Keep the service drive clean and presentable
- Offer guests snacks and refreshments
Skills:
Interpersonal and communication skills
Experience And Education:
High School diploma or GED. Experience in customer service, Excellent communication and time management skills. Must be able to work as a team member in a fast paced environment. Must minimum of 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk; sit; use hands, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Need ability to move around the dealership.
