SERVICE ELECTRICIAN

We are currently looking for a full-time skilled service electrician to cover primarily the local Sacramento area. This service electrician will be the face of the company to customers and must possess excellent communication skills, excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude while representing CVE.

Responsibilities and Requirements

· Pipe bending and installation of cables, raceways, and other conductors.

· Troubleshoot and repair of existing electrical systems including but not limited to lighting and lighting controls, motors and motor controls, service equipment, and power installations.

· Minimum of 8 years’ experience in commercial and industrial applications

· Knowledge of motor and motor controls including VFD’s, PLC’s, motor starters, start/stop stations, E-Stops (nice to have)

· Self-motivated to work alone without supervision.

· Current Knowledge of National Electric Code

· Familiarity with Title 24 requirements

· Physical requirements include: sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and use of hands and arms to operate equipment. Must have a strong sense of balance and no fear of heights. Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs.

*Must have Valid Driver’s License and CA General Electrician License*

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
