Service Manager needed with West Sussex County Council

Start Date- ASAP

Location - Worthing

Duration - Initially 3 months

Hours per week - 37 hours per week

Salary - £450ltd per day

Description:

• Effective people management and performance management skills with the ability to lead and inspire, providing direction and support to individuals and teams
• Work with providers to promote cost effective working relationships and maximize the opportunities to enhance service provision, customer experience and positive outcomes for service users and their carers / families
• Provide effective and efficient overall management of group and resources to deliver an effective service

What is required?

• Post-graduate professional qualification relevant either to management or to the specialist area of Children's Social Care and Learning
• Evidence of managing teams or a corporate-focused specialist service to deliver an outstanding service to others
• Experience of managing a budget, saving KPI's and contributing to decision making on high level spending
