Kane Mechanical Group, LLC is a 70+ year young mechanical and plumbing contractor located in Fenton, MO and East Alton, IL. KMG continues to grow our client base across the Greater St. Louis area including both Missouri and Illinois areas. Over the past three years, company revenue as increased three fold.

The Service Project Manager role is responsible for working with clients to understand their HVAC and Plumbing service needs. Client needs include preventative maintenance, repairs, equipment replacement and system modifications.

Responsibilities

• Client Interaction
• Scope Development
• Cost Estimating of various services and projects
• Client Relationships and Maintenance
• Service Contract Management
• Preparation of Service Contracts and Bids
• Coordination of project delivery

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a project manager
• HVAC, Plumbing and Piping technical expertise
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
• Proficient in the use of MS Office products
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• BS/A in engineering, construction or business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
