Our company is looking for 2 Full Time Service Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a background in equipment repairs ( familiarity with coffee or espresso equipment would be a huge plus and extra pay ), excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in making a difference. We're seeking service technicians who are self-motivated, dedicated individuals who take great pride in their work.

Hawaiian Paradise Coffee is Hawaii's # 1 coffee. We supply most of the islands restaurants and hotels with incredibly good coffee. As a service technician you will be part of a great team that maintains the coffee brewers in tip top shape and helps the clients provide the best coffee in Hawaii. We are located in Kapolei and upon checking in to work you will be working either in the shop rebuilding brewers or out on service calls repairing machines in the field. The succesful candidates should be mechanically inclined and have familiarity with basic plumbing and electical. We have a Monday to Friday shift and a shift which is Wednesday through Sunday ( higher pay on weekends ). This a service technician 1 postion. There is substantial opportunmity to advance to Technician level 2 and 3 as you master the tasks. For those with previous coffee brewing expereince we will consider starting you at a higher grade level

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and repair mechanical and electrical components of coffee machines
• Disassemble and reassemble coffee machines to replace parts according to manufacturer specifications.
• Install and remove parts, modules, and subsystems; work with hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools.
• Monitor machinery for malfunctions; evaluate need for repair; make arrangements for repairs.
• Analyze diagnostic information to identify malfunctions.
• Perform preventative maintenance procedures.
