Our family shop is looking for new people to join our team. We service a number of fleets as well as have a strong customer based established over 30+ years of honest service and presence in the community. We perform most major and minor automotive repairs from basic oil changes to engine/transmission replacement. We have 6 bays including new Hoffman alignment machine, 14k heavy duty 4 post, and newer 2 post lifts.
Automotive Service Writer Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls throughout the workday. Advise customers about necessary services for routine maintenance when instructed.
- Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
- Schedules service appointments.
- Assist customers in understanding the maintenance and repair of their vehicles.
- Be detailed with all aspects of the customer experience.
Automotive Service Writer / Advisor Qualifications:
- Must have automotive knowledge
- Prior automotive experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Strong Computer & Phone Skills
Pay range based on experience
