:
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 3+ years of related experience
- ITIL Foundations Certified v2 or v3
- Demonstrated skills in data management, problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- 5+ years of working experience as a Business Analyst for ITSM, specifically ServiceNow
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes, and gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs and requirements
- Translating business requirements into a comprehensive requirements document, and collaborating with customers to provide process flow diagrams and use case details that support their requirements and functional design
- Serving as the point of contact for Service Catalog Requests, assessing feasibility of requests, and identifying solutions to meet request requirements while providing regular updates to stakeholders on the status of the request
- Understanding how ServiceNow is used by customers as a reference in discussing new enhancements, and maintaining knowledge of all aspects of ServiceNow Products and Platform and their impact on our ITSM implementation
- Collaborating and partnering with ServiceNow Developer/Admins to determine level of effort and ensuring objectives/requirements are met, and collaborating and partnering with Service Provisioning Analyst in analysis of the business requirements document and provide technical consultation aligning to ServiceNow related requests
- Participating in unit testing of stories and creation of test scripts to validate requirements, and facilitating Demos and User Acceptance Testing with the customer to validate requirements
