Responsibilites
- Greet and connect with each customer
- Prepare drinks according to recipe, quickly and accurately
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
- Manage cash drawer, following established procedures
- Keep store clean and organized
- Maintain workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, and supplies
- Resolve customer issues
- Serve as keyholder, following all opening and closing procedures
- Ensure team members follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Able to lead the team in delivering the Scooter's "Amazing" customer service
