Assistant management as well as management positions are a definite possibility in the near future as we roll out new locations!

You must be able to master all the baker skills and in turn be able to teach new employees.

Shift Lead Responsibilities

• Ensure employees reporting to you meet performance expectations
• Effectively instructing other employees on the shift
• Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
• Meet deadlines
• Maintain excellent customer service at all levels

Shift Lead Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Notable communication skills
• An eye for detail and accuracy
• Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic
• A team player
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Computer literacy
• Proactive organizational skills
• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
