Summary: Kodi Collective Marketing Execution Services is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk 2. This role sits at the Lebanon Junction plant in Kentucky.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain necessary files and documentation.
• Utilizes small hand tools and operate scales, metering machines, etc. and primarily use hand trucks to move materials around.
• Typical shipping activities include: checking goods against shipping documents and authorizations, packing goods for shipment according to specifications, preparing bills of lading, posting weight and shipping charges and attach information and shipping instructions on to boxes.
• May occasionally perform activities related to the receiving materials such as unpacking of goods; checking against bills of lading, packing slips, etc., identification and quantity; maintaining records of goods received; rejects damaged, excess or misdirected goods, routes material to inspection, stores or other destinations.
• May require operation of a forklift truck.
• May be asked to complete tasks outside of regular duties.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations.
• Able to perform arithmetic, algebraic, and geometric procedures in standard practical applications.
• Able to follow work instructions and recognize most words used in daily work processes.
• Able to read instructions for assembling equipment.
• Able to communicate through writing compound and complex sentences, using proper punctuation.
• Able to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Mechanical skills using small hand tools, and necessary safety requirements.
• Skill to read and understand instructions to fulfill each individual job.
• A team player who works well with others.
