We're on the lookout for hardworking Shirring Operator to join our team.

About the role:

• Follow specifications for set-up, machine operation, and work piece dimensions using instructions and machine knowledge.
• Utilize computerized system to obtain daily production responsibilities and gather yield documentation.
• Conduct inspections of product to evaluate quality and performance, immediately stopping production and notifying management team of any significant quality issues or concerns.
• Clean, sanitize, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment including housekeeping duties.
• Wear necessary protective equipment and exercise extreme safety during all operations; understand and observe all safety rules and regulations.

About you:

• Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Personal attributes that include strong ethical standards, reliability, professionalism, ability to work independently, positive attitude, and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a fast paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Regular and sustained attendance.
