Job description
Seeking a Shop Manager for our Fabrication shop here in Walker, MI. Qualification candidates will have 3+ years of experience in a Shop Manager type role working in a Fab/Job Shop type of environment. Position will entail:
-Overseeing Welders, Fabricators, and Brake Press Operators
-Scheduling
-Project kick-offs
-Assisting in estimating
-Updating information into our MRP system
-Hiring and annual reviews
-Interacting with the customer as necessary
