Job description

We are looking for a Site Based Project Coordinator provide an effective administration support function for a dedicated team delivering the trenchless crossings for the Strategic Pipeline Alliance on behalf of Anglian Water, ensuring control of all agreed office administration and documentation in a manner consistent with VolkerStevin internal management system.

Key accountabilities

  • Assist team with equipment and material requisitions and liaison with Head Office management and procurement teams
  • Booking staff accommodation and travel arrangements.
  • Uploading and recording all incoming information within the CDE (Common Data Environment)
  • Ensuring all information is properly tracked within project registers
  • Assist with management and maintenance of deliverable Lists to ensure all Client requirements are kept on track.
  • Liaise with project members and other stakeholders to ensure the timely submission of deliverables within set time scales
  • Administer project CDE to ensure consistency of data retention and naming conventions
  • Support the project team in the proper use and functionality of the electronic data management system providing training where required.
  • Responsible for the adherence of project team to information management procedures and requirement

Skills & experience

  • Educated to O/GSCE Level standard or equivalent including English and Maths
  • Previous Document Control experience
  • Working knowledge of electronic management systems i.e. SharePoint, Workspace and Asite (training will be provided).
  • Excellent communication skills including written English.
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Full Driving Licence and access to a Car
