We're looking for a Site Agent to join our Alderney team based in Bournemouth, Dorset. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Responsibilities
As Site Agent you will manage resources (people, finance and physical assets) in order to fulfil the assigned project(s) safely, on time and to the required quality while maximising customers' satisfaction and gross profit on projects. To implement all of Kier Group's policies including those for SHE and risk management. To promote Kier Group’s values towards its customers in order to meet or exceed their expectations and fulfil the vision of becoming the most highly respected company in the industry
- General site management, including completion of all records as required
- All Health and Safety issues on site, completion of records
- Communicating with the Operations Manager and other colleagues to monitor progress and inform of problems
What do we need from you?
- Relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree)
- Chartership with ICE or working towards
- Prior experience working with reinforced concrete, groundworks and civils essential
- Strong knowledge and experience of the main management systems and processes used within a similar business
