Site Construction Graduate

Wolverhampton

Salary - £19,552 per annum

Contract type - Fixed Term - 36 months

Working hours - Full Time (39 Hours)

About the role

Be part of the Construction Services team working on 178 home Housing Development in Bushbury, Wolverhampton over a 3-year period.

The graduate will be reporting to the Construction Manager/ Contract Manager in a project management focused role

You will be working with site management team - site manager, assistant and sub-contractors.

You will be there to help the site team with management duties.

You will be working in a construction environment gaining knowledge of the construction industry.

You will gain experience in construction project management.

You will be in charge of booking of site visits/inductions/deliveries etc.

You will need to liaise with site supervisors.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding and enthusiasm for a career in Construction and Housing Development, with related experience or qualification in Construction or the built environment.

This is an Apprenticeship Graduate programme, where Green Square Accord will be offering the Graduate to formally enrol onto development programme furthering their skills and knowledge through completing a Foundation Degree Apprenticeship in Site Construction, together with on-the-job work based learning and experience, working with colleagues in Development and Construction.

You must have a construction related academic qualification or a construction related degree or NVQ. You must have GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Grade C, or above
