$1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS!
We are currently offering a substantial hiring bonus for Site Managers. New hires receive a $750 bonus on their first paycheck, after successfully completing a two-day orientation. Site Managers receive an additional $750 after successfully completing a six-month probationary period.

JOB SUMMARY:
Oversee the operations, clients, and employees of a specific site in Supported Living and relay any issues and needs to the Area Manager. Advocate for people we serve, ensuring that the site promotes individual choice and personal growth. Collaborate with other Supported Living Site Managers to be responsible for employee training, scheduling, and overseeing programmatic issues as a whole. Be the team leader, overseeing and assisting all employees at their site in all aspects of their job. Help create and maintain a positive working environment where employees feel they are a valued member of the team. Document hours on appropriate timecards, for approval by the Area Manager. Behave in a professional manner, and abide by agency and state policies and procedures at all times.
Note: This is a full-time (40-hours/week), 2-part position. Part of the position consists of a minimum of 1 shift of direct service to clients on site, and the other part involves indirect client service in the form of administrative office work. Direct client service hours may fluctuate week to week depending on the needs of Cascade Connections Supported Living clientele and employee availability. A schedule of either Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday will apply as appointed by the Area Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effectively communicates and understands, reads, and writes in English
- Willing to submit to for-cause drug testing
- Organized and efficient
- Able to work with diverse client populations in varied settings
- Treats all clients with respect and relates in a warm, caring manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Approximately 2 years of higher education or 3 years of experience in social service work (2 years minimum working directly with people with disabilities in a residential setting is preferred)
- Able to fulfill non-standard work hours (weekend or evening/night shifts) as needed
- Required to be on call. On call is rotating as assigned by the Area Manager
- Able to work well with people and demonstrate strong leadership and management qualities
- Able to make quick and independent decisions
- Able to return phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to represent Cascade Connections professionally in the community
- Able to manage funds and assist in the reconciling of client accounts
- Able to be a signer on bank accounts for our customers, as we are Rep Payee to Social Security
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Goal-oriented and able to work independently
- Time-management and task prioritization skills
- Knowledge of Washington Administrative Code (WAC) and Revised Code of Washington (RCW) and DDA policy
- Knowledge of DSHS programs and other programs our customers might access, such as Social Security
