Are you a Site Superintendent, from a Residential background, looking to work on high end projects worth up to $100,000,000 in a fast paced environment where you will further develop your management skills to allow you to progress as a General Superintendent?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established and growing business in the heart on New York, where you can further develop your leadership skills and oversee some of the biggest High end residential projects in the city.

This company has been established for over 40 years, having worked some of the most premium, high end residential projects along the way. As a result of expansion, they are looking to take on a Site Superintendent to oversee various projects around Manhattan.

This position is based out in the field, working on a range of local sites. You will be tasked with working alongside the Project Management team to review work schedules, Managing a team of 15-20 sub-contractors, overseeing building operations and having regular meetings with the Designers and Architects.

This would suit someone with vast knowledge within the residential construction industry who is looking for to work alongside some of the best technical professionals in the industry. You will also receive management training and can progress in to a General Superintendent role in the future.

The Role:

• Working on a range of local sites
• Maintain job site safety, quality control and standardized construction procedures
• Scheduling, inspections and maintaining electrical logs

The Person:

• Residential construction experience
• Hold an SST card
• Experience overseeing large construction projects
