We have a fantastic opportunity for a Ski Travel Sales Executive to join our team here at Iglu. As our Ski Travel Sales Executive you will ensure that our high levels of customer service are maintained, this will include handling calls and emails from customers and assist them in finding the perfect ski holiday.
You will receive a earning potential of up to £40K - £50K OTE so previous experience in travel sales and a good knowledge of the Ski travel industry is required.

Key Responsibilities: *

• Exceed KPIs and targets – Daily, weekly and monthly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with business targets.
• Proactively chase sales leads ensuring contact is maintained with all customers.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails.
• Support team members and ensure you are a team player
• Take ownership and responsibility for problem solving and query resolution.
• Maximising upselling and margin opportunities.
• Knowledge of the ski holidays and resorts we feature.
• A willingness to develop knowledge and skills

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in travel sales (Ski travel experience preferred)
• Experience in call centre / customer service environment.
• Organised, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks.
• Good attention to detail.
• Must have a proactive & positive attitude
• Basic PC skills including Word, Excel and Google docs knowledge.
