Job Summary:

The Skilled Clinical Manager is under the direct supervision and direction of the Regional Vice President of Operations, the Vice President of Nursing, and the Assistant Director of Nursing. The Manager assists in organizing and overseeing the nursing services being provided. The Manager works collaboratively with all departments to provide high quality care in a safe environment. This position adheres to all Federal, State, Local and Company policies and regulations. • Requirements:
• Must process an active Virginia Registered Nursing license
• Minimum of 1 year in a Nursing role, preferably home health or skilled care experience
• Ability to apply and analyze data as it pertains to quality and compliance metrics
• Comfortable working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of an organization
• Able travel on a regular basis, overseeing the care provided in a patient's home
