Overview:An exciting new opportunity has arisen at Change Grow Live Forth Valley as a Social Care Recovery Coordinator. The postholder for these 2 vacancies will work in partnership those who are receiving substance use support with their social care needs.
Responsibilities:
As a Social Care Recovery Coordinator within CGL, you will be required to work in partnership and liaise with local partner services to help the people who use our service with their social care needs such as benefits, housing needs or social work support. Without this vital suppport, it can be difficult for those who use our services to make and sustain healthy changes in their lives.
One of these posts will work within the newly established Near-Fatal Overdose (NFO) team in Forth Valley and the other within CGL Recovery Hubs and NHS Forth Valley Alcohol-Related Braini Injury (ARBI) team.
