Now looking to recruit a Social Media advisor based at Three Bridges (ROC)
We are looking for someone who is able provide excellent communication via social media channels as well as working with a small group of advisors covering both Customer Care and Information to ensure excellent customer information and communication. Liaising with colleagues across the Customer Relations, Operations and Communications functions is essential to deliver a consistent and up to date message, drive advocacy, spot trends and deliver excellent customer service.

- Excellent planning and organisational skills – able to prioritise effectively and assimilate complicated messages
- Good communicator with an ability to provide an excellent customer response in a busy environment

- Hands on, energetic and dynamic
- An analytical and results focused approach
- Self motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Work in a sensitive and confidential manner
- Able to multi-task and manage/prioritise workload
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet including social media platforms)
