Job Title: Social Media Content Creator for Music Artist & Aviation Attraction

Overview:

If you are dialed into social media and want an exotic and dynamic job to showcase your storytelling skills, then you found your dream job! We are launching a new music artist and will be releasing an EP this Summer. Looking for an experienced social media manager that can help tell the artist's story to build an online community of fans and followers. We are looking for content creators that can use their skills to help us produce viral videos focused on the musical artist that can blow up the internet. As a content creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, and growing our artist's social media following. You will also be part of a larger team at Sky Combat Ace, an aviation attraction that draws people in from all over the world to experience one of the most intense adrenaline adventures of all time, but your primary focus will be on launching the music artist. This is a flexible, part time position and will start out two days a week with 8 hour shifts. This job would be perfect for a seasoned social media pro that wants to supplement their income, but if you knock it out of the park, this could be leveraged into a full time position. This is great way to get in on the ground floor of something that is exciting and can grow quickly! The pay range is flexible based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote the music artist and their brand across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create and curate engaging content, including images, videos, and other multimedia assets, that aligns with the artist's brand and resonates with their audience.
• Manage the artist's social media accounts, including daily posting, community management, and engagement with fans and followers.
• Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports and analysis to the artist and their team, including insights on audience demographics, engagement rates, and overall social media growth.
• Collaborate with the artist and their team to develop social media campaigns that align with their music releases, tours, and other key events.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our social media strategy is always ahead of the curve.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to promote the artist's music and events, including creating ad copy, targeting audiences, and optimizing ad performance.
• Collaborate with the artist's team to integrate social media into their overall marketing and branding strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing social media for music artists or in the music industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, video production/ editing, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling copy and create engaging content.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be willing to travel occasionally by private aircraft.
