Position Summary: The Social Media Marketer exemplifies Fourteen Foods’ mission and values and dedication to integrity through servant leadership. They are responsible for the creation and execution of the social media strategy of Fourteen Foods. This includes supporting the corporate offices as well as the 240+ store locations.

Essential Functions:

• Create content calendar and schedule posts
• Drive engagement
• Travel to our store locations to create social media content and gain an understanding of our brand
• Become an advocate of Fourteen Foods’ online presence
• Collaborate with marketing team for best online social practices and strategies
• Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
• Stay up to date on social media trends
• Provide reporting on engagement

Qualifications:

• 3+ of experience as social media specialist or similar position
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Up to 40% travel required, including some overnight travel
• Must successfully pass a background check

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
• Familiarity with post scheduling software
• Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
• Attention to detail and accuracy
