This position entails:

· Support for professional photo and video shoots,

· Capturing content onsite for organic social media

· Supporting the editing and development of creative content,

· Following campaign strategies across a range of social media platforms

· Measuring results and creating new strategies and goals

This position works closely with the team and reports directly to management. Responsibilities include writing, creative development, analytics & reporting, campaign coordination and management.

Basic Skills Required

• Strong copywriting skills
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube & Google ads/Business manager
• Strong verbal communication
• Basics of capturing images and videos and editing according to each platform
• Able to compile reports and illustrate campaign success
• Self motivated and deadline oriented
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive, and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics platforms)
• Staying up to date on the latest algorithm changes
• Able to work with diverse industries that range from power equipment dealers to med-spas

Daily/Weekly Responsibilities

• On-site content collection for monthly campaigns
• Support running professional photo and video shoots
• Creating and scheduling content across platforms using Later and Social Pilot
• Collecting monthly analytics and generating monthly and annual reports
• Engages on social platforms to grow and foster community
• Supports onsite events
• Represents Swell Media’s brand at business events
• Reviews client websites daily to ensure brand continuity and elevation
• Light administrative support for marketing executives
• Market research. Ongoing research into client’s industries proposing adjustments to strategies and approach as necessary
• Additional duties as assigned

This position does require on-site work a few times a month, otherwise, we offer remote work and flexible schedules.
