Pay: $58,000 - $65,000 annually

College Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Care Center is a beautiful skilled nursing facility offering short term and comprehensive long term stay. The Social Services Director is responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing of the Social Services Department in accordance with current existing federal, state and local standards, as well as established facility policies and procedures, to ensure that the medically-related emotional and social needs of that patient/resident are met/maintained on an individual basis.
Education: Educational and licensure requirements are based on facility, location, and state regulation. Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree Social work and active state licensure.
Experience: Must have, as a minimum one (1) year experience in a human service field in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility or other related medical facility.
