Job Description

eMaint is currently seeking a motivated, talented and driven Software Product Trainer who will deliver training on the eMaint system using a variety of delivery methods. This position will require you to travel on a regular basis (greater than 70%). You will be working directly with a wide variety of maintenance and reliability professionals at some of the most innovative companies in the world, helping them maximize and extend their usage of eMaint products throughout their organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Learn and become proficient in eMaint’s CMMS software application
Conduct customer training through different delivery methods including onsite, online video (remote), at our training centers, webinar presentations, etc
Present at company events and conferences
Work with subject matter experts to develop and update client-facing training materials
Assist with development of internal training for new and existing employees
Facilitate problem-solving between end user and eMaint Services and Support staff
Drive continuous improvement for yourself and our training services
Evaluate training effectiveness with surveys and by monitoring KPIs

2-5 years experience in software training to a large user base
Excellent communication, listening, training and presentation skills
Comfortable speaking to large audiences
Comfortable with Travel as required (greater than 70%), including traveling on weekends when needed.
Fully bilingual or trilingual is a plus (English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, etc)
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work.
Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Product Management)
A positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity.

National: The salary range for this position is $52,600- $97,800

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
