Client Software Support Representative

Starting Salary: $35k-$40k

We have partnered with a full-service software solutions provider to recruit a Client Support Representative to join their team. A Client Software Support Representative is heavily involved in all phases of a project from implementation and new-user training to end-user support as needed once the site goes live. It’s easy to see that this person plays a critical part in the success of the solutions our client offers their international portfolio of customers.

1. Work history where time management, effective communication, and problem solving or troubleshooting skills were applied regularly.
2. Strong technical knowledge to be able to understand the full operational flow of a proprietary system.
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain composure and multi-task
4. Software/Network support experience is a plus!
