***Software Support Representative**** (Calabasas)

IDrive Inc. is a leader in cloud storage, backup and sync services with over 5 million users worldwide, and storing over 500 Petabytes of storage.

We are currently seeking a full time Software Support Agent to take inbound customer phone calls at our headquarters in Calabasas, CA.

Responsibilities:

-Manage technical support and sales/billing calls from initiation to resolution.

-Thoroughly document and manage customer issues.

-Perform preliminary isolation and troubleshooting of problems.

-Appropriately and proactively escalate critical issues.

-Assist other members of the support team with diagnosis, review and resolution of client issues. -Identify service improvement programs and automation proposals to improve service quality and manage delivery costs.

-Perform some admin and other duties as needed

Requirements:

- Preferred to have at least 2 years call center and customer service experience.

- Technical support experience preferred.

- High School Diploma required.

- A+ certification is a plus.

- Should possess a great phone presence and upbeat personality.
